LazyBar Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Terdersoft B.V., the company that operates LazyBar Casino and its sportsbook vertical under a Curaçao gaming licence issued in 2024. The agreement governs account registration and eligibility, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

About us and licensing

LazyBar is operated by Terdersoft B.V., a company registered and operating under the regulations of Curaçao. A registration number and registered address are not publicly disclosed by the operator; the applicable Curaçao gaming licence, issued in 2024 and covering both the casino and sportsbook verticals, can be validated through the licence link displayed in the site footer. Terdersoft B.V. also operates the sister brands BetAlice Casino, Funbet Casino, and Roman Casino, each of which is a separate product under the same entity. The governing law of these terms is that of Costa Rica, and the English-language version of these terms prevails in the event of any conflict with a translated version.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, or such higher age as is required by the laws of your jurisdiction. Players located in the following countries and territories are not permitted to register or play: the United States, the United Kingdom, France and French overseas territories, the Netherlands, Israel, Lithuania, the Dutch West Indies, Curaçao, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, North Korea, Iran, and the FATF greylist jurisdictions listed in our full restricted-country schedule. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, and you must update that information promptly if it changes. We may request identity verification documents at any time, and we will require full KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to close any account that breaches these terms, including accounts opened using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, a range of e-wallets including Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, eZeeWallet, AstroPay, and Revolut, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Binance Pay, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, Ripple, and Dogecoin. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or equivalent for most methods; cryptocurrency minimums are displayed on the deposit page and deposits below those minimums cannot be processed or returned. The minimum withdrawal is 50 EUR or equivalent, and we process withdrawals within 72 hours on our side, after which the delivery time of your chosen payment method applies. Withdrawal caps are 2,000 EUR per day, 5,000 EUR per week, and 15,000 EUR per month, subject to your loyalty rank; wins above 10,000 EUR may be paid in monthly instalments of up to 10,000 EUR until the full amount is settled. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and all deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal can be requested. No withdrawal will be processed until your account has passed full KYC verification. Only payment instruments personally and solely owned by you may be used; funds received via shared, business, corporate, or family accounts may be confiscated.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which take precedence where they differ from the general rules set out here. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount, and the maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is 5 EUR (or 10 CAD, 50 NOK, or 5 CHF). The maximum amount you may withdraw from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount. Bonuses are valid for 14 days from the date of receipt unless the specific promotion states a different period; any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at expiry are forfeited. Game contributions towards wagering requirements are not uniform: slots contribute 100%, Buy Feature games 50%, Live Roulette and Blackjack 10%, Instant Win games 5%, and Table Games, Scratch, and Live Casino games 0%. All bonuses operate on a sticky basis, meaning real-money funds are wagered first and the bonus balance is forfeited if it reaches zero before wagering is complete. We reserve the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where we determine that bonus abuse, advantage play, or fraudulent activity has occurred.

Responsible gambling

You may set deposit limits and loss limits on your account, and you may request a cooling-off period or full self-exclusion at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through the account settings. Note that deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected] , available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, you may request escalation to a senior member of the team, and we will provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving a formal written complaint. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao licensing regulator using the contact details provided on the licence validation page. Server logs and our internal records constitute the final authority in determining the outcome of any disputed transaction or game round.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes by on-site notice or by email to the address registered on your account no fewer than 14 days before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
